Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and postmarked within fourteen days of delivery unless a manufacturing defect is documented.
How to start a return
Email contactus@gryxonarquunthal.world with your order reference, item name, and reason for return. We reply with a return merchandise authorization when applicable.
Shipping costs
Customers cover outbound return shipping unless the error originated with fulfillment. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law.
Refunds
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Banking timelines may add additional days before funds appear.
Non-returnable items
Opened paper booklets or damaged straps may be declined if they cannot be resold in new condition.
